Our real estate private equity division has an outperformance track record in capital provision and indirect property investment. Unlike other companies, our private equity group is fully integrated within Westrock allowing for direct access to a plethora of resources and in-house expertise. The group concentrates on four fundamental investment strategies:
- Asset investment including both individual assets and portfolios, via JV’s, partnerships, funds, corporate structures, or other vehicles.
- Financial structuring and investment in both Westrock and third-party real estate transactions utilising senior debt, mezzanine/subordinate debt, equity, joint-venture structures and other financial instruments.
- Venture capital, growth investment, acquisition, and development of real estate operating companies.
- Investment in real estate capital markets including debt, equities, and derivatives, as well as privatisations or IPOs.
